Obverse:
The King's bust to the left, laureate, tied with the loop at two ends, hair short and bare neck. B.P. in small letters below truncation standing for Benedetto Pistrucci.
Reverse:
Heavily garnished shield, surmounted by the royal crown, bearing the Ensigns Armorial of the United Kingdom. Hanoverian arms within an escutcheon surmounted by the crown in the centre of the shield. Shield surmounted by roses, thistles and shamrocks. The letters W.W.P for William Wellersley Pole appear in the centre of three of the shamrock leaves.
