Returns Information
We go to great lengths to ensure that the images we use accurately represent the coins we sell and believe them to be among the best in the industry. Rest assured that the images are of the actual coins you will receive and they form the basis of the condition assessment of our Sovereigns.
We do not grade the coins we sell as this is a purely subjective process, instead we invest in providing actual, detailed and clear images of the coins to enable a prospective buyer to make their own decision on condition and grading.
Our gold Sovereign coins are provided as is and on occasion may have some minor scratches, filming or have edge knocks. These are not regarded as faulty or damaged goods as their gold content and value as a bullion coin is not affected. Any coin sold for a value less than a 180% intrinsic is considered a bullion coin.
Gold investment products are VAT free.
If your product is not a graded coin and is considered a bullion item it should be noted that these are bought and sold on low premiums over their precious metal content and not solely for aesthetic purposes, therefore some products may have edge knocks and/or marks. These edge knocks and marks do not alter the specifications of the coins.
Please note that all investment products are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and therefore customers do not have the right to cancel their order once the order has been accepted.
We of course want to keep our customers happy, so if you do have an issue with any coin we sell, please do contact us and we will do our very best to rectify the situation. In the rare case that a coin is returned the buyer will pay the return postage costs.
