Obverse:
Young head of Victoria to left. Hair bound with double fillet and collected up into a knot behind. Date on field below truncation. The letters W.W. incuse on the bottom of the truncation.
Course beading type with no dot on Reverse, Marsh 445A Rarity 4. Super rare half sovereign in a lovely grade, Marsh states fewer than 11-20 examples known.
Reverse:
The Ensigns Armorial of the United Kingdom within a garnished shield, surmounted by a crown. A small flower stop appears in the field either side of the lower garnishing at the bottom of the crown. Die number appears below the bottom of the garnishing.
